The Addendum of the Second Station of the Thirteenth Word

AN IMPORTANT MATTER WARNED ON THE NIGHT OF QADR

We shall briefly point out a very extensive and lengthy haqiqah that came to the heart on the night of Qadr. It is as follows:

Due to

  • the most vigorous tyranny and despotism of this last World War,
  • its merciless destruction and its scattering and ruining of hundreds of innocents because of a single enemy,
  • the extreme despair of the defeated,
  • the extreme haste and anxiety of the victors and their extreme pangs of conscience arising from being unable to maintain their dominance and repair the great destruction they made,
  • the entire transitoriness and temporariness of the life of the world and the deceptiveness of the fantasies of civilisation and their being soporific becoming apparent to all,
  • the human essence and the exalted dispositions in the fitrah of mankind being fearsomely wounded in the majority of mankind,
  • ghaflah, dhalâlah and the deaf and harsh nature being smashed under the diamond sword of the Qur'an, and
  • the extremely ugly and terribly cruel true face of world politics, which is the most suffocating, deceptive and widest veil of ghaflah and dhalâlah, becoming apparent,

most certainly and undoubtedly, the fitrah of man will search with all its strength for eternal life, which it truly loves and seeks, since worldly life, which is the metaphorical beloved of mankind, is thus ugly and transient, just as the signs of it are seen in the North, the West and America.

And most certainly and undoubtedly, the Qur'an of Miraculous Exposition,

  • which for one thousand three hundred and sixty years, each century has had three hundred and fifty million students,
  • and each of the laws and claims of which is signed and affirmed by millions of people of haqiqah,
  • and which exists in the hearts of millions of hâfidhs with sacredness and instructs mankind through their tongues every minute,
  • and which, in a style that has no similarity with any book, gives the good tidings of eternal life and everlasting happiness for mankind and heals the wounds of all mankind,
  • and which indisputably gives the good tidings of eternal life, gives the lesson of eternal happiness with its certain unshakeable proofs and innumerable indubitable arguments, claims tens of thousands of times and informs explicitly and indicatively with thousands of its severe, powerful and repeated âyahs;

most certainly, if mankind does not lose its mind entirely and material or ma’nawî qiyâmah does not erupt over its head, the broad continents and the great governments of the face of the earth will search for the Qur'an of Miraculous Exposition, and after comprehending its haqiqahs, they will embrace it with all their lives and rûhs like the famous preachers in Sweden, Norway, Finland and England, who are ready to accept the Qur'an, and an important community in America searching for the haqq religion. Because in point of this haqiqah, there is absolutely no equivalent to the Quran, and there cannot be, and nothing can take the place of this great miracle.

SECONDLY: Since the Risale-i Nur has demonstrated its service as a diamond sword in the hand of this greatest miracle and compelled its stubborn enemies to submit; the Risale-i Nur, which heralds the treasures of the Qur'an in a way that will completely illuminate both the heart, the rûh and the feelings and will give the medicine they need, and which has no source or authority other than the Qur'an and is its ma’nawî miracle, performs that duty completely; it has vanquished completely the extremely obstinate zindiqs and the fearsome propagandas against it; with the Risale on Nature1, it smashed nature to pieces, which is the most rigid strong castle of dhalâlah; with the Sixth Topic of the Fruit and the First, Second, Third and Eighth Proofs of The Staff of Mûsâ, by scattering the ghaflah, it has demonstrated the nûr of Tawhîd in an immensely brilliant fashion in the densest, most suffocating and widest scopes of the sphere of ghaflah and the most extensive veils of science.
